Global Business Immersion - Greece - Spring 2025
The application for the Spring 2025 Global Business Immersion (GBI) to Greece (3/8-3/18) is now open. For more information, please see your program email for the presentation, syllabus and copy of the 11/21 Zoom Session. The fee for the land portion of the trip is $3,500. Students are responsible for booking international flights on their own. We will coordinate flights with bus transportation to Dulles International Airport in Northern Virginia.
Here are the steps to follow to participate in the Immersion:
- Submit your Greece Application by Monday, 12/2/2024 HERE
- To hold your spot, submit your first Deposit of $2,000 by Tuesday, 12/3/2024 HERE via credit card online. Click on Residential Graduate Programs > Spring Immersion.
- Your second deposit of $1,500 is due by Tuesday, 1/14/2025.
Spring Registration Announcements
Spring Self-Registration is now open via WM's PATH Registration.

If you are in need of testing accommodations, please contact Student Accessibility Services (SAS) in the Dean of Students Office. We highly recommend doing so as soon as possible as they experience a high volume of student requests at the start of the academic year.
Peninsula Center Building Hours
During the semester, students have access to the Peninsula Center from 6 am to midnight with their Student ID. New students will need to upload their photo to obtain a student ID card for access into the Pen Center. Here are the instructions.
The Pen Center is closed when the university is closed, for example during the following:
- Thanksgiving Break
- Winter Break
- Martin Luther King Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day/4th of July
Care Concerns
William & Mary and the MBA Programs Office care about the well-being of all students. When students experience significant challenges impacting their well-being, the Dean of Students Office can help. Faculty, staff, and fellow students may refer students for Care Support through a care concerns. We encourage members of the community to submit a care report if there is a significant concern about a student’s wellbeing. More information on student Care Support Services can be found here.
