Professor Dawn Edmiston Selected for Fulbright Specialist Award
The U.S. Department of State and the Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board recently announced that Dawn Edmiston, Clinical Professor of Marketing at the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William & Mary, has been honored with a Fulbright Specialist award. She will travel to Tallinn University in Estonia this summer to engage in a project to foster knowledge exchange and build strategic partnerships. Professor Edmiston was previously honored as a Fulbright Scholar in Estonia during Fall 2021.
Professor Edmiston is a faculty leader in study abroad at William & Mary, most recently traveling with a cohort of students to Southeast Asia at the start of the spring semester. She also serves as faculty director for the Global Business Minor program and will be teaching at University College Dublin in Ireland prior to traveling to Estonia for her next Fulbright grant.
The Fulbright Program, the U.S. government's flagship international educational exchange initiative, seeks to forge enduring connections between individuals and communities across the globe. Professor Edmiston joins the ranks of over 400 U.S. citizens who annually share their expertise with international host institutions through the Fulbright Specialist Program. The Mason School is proud that several faculty members, including Chon Abraham, Inga Carboni, Scott Swan, and the current dean of the business school, Todd Mooradian have received Fulbright awards in the past.
