Team Meeting Room Request (EMS)

Team meeting rooms in Miller Hall are specially designed and technologically equipped to facilitate group work, and priority to teams and groups over individual study.  Only business school students can reserve team meeting rooms in Miller Hall using the group name:  "CMASON Students" in EMS.

First Floor

Team rooms on the Graduate wing are available exclusively to grad students, while team rooms on the Undergraduate wing are available exclusively to undergrads. First floor team rooms can be reserved from 5:00 pm - 2:00 am on weekdays and from 6:00 am - 2:00am on weekends.

Lower Level

Team meeting rooms are shared by graduate and undergraduate students at all times. Lower level rooms can be reserved through EMS from 6:00 am - 2:00 am seven days a week.

All room reservations can be made up to one week in advance and are restricted to a time limit of up to two hours at a time.

You will need to set up your student account in EMS before you can reserve any rooms.  Please follow these EMS Instructions for setting up your account and making room reservations.

Room Reservations (Campus - Outside Miller Hall)

This form should be used for all spaces on campus outside of Miller Hall including the Sadler Center, Lake Matoaka Amphitheatre and Yates Field.
