Professor Mike Seiler Gives Keynote Speech at VA Assoc. of Assessing Officers Conference

Dane Brooksher Endowed Professor of Real Estate & Finance at William & Mary, was the Keynote speaker at the 66th Annual Conference for the Virginia Association of Assessing Officers in Norfolk, VA.
