Where can I find annual reports?Public companies are required to file many forms with the SEC, including the Annual Report to Stockholders (ARS) and 10-K Report. You may be able to find these on the company's website. The following databases will also help locate the reports. SEC's EDGAR system - Annual reports from 1994-present are often available. |
