NOC Form (Notice of Candidacy)
In order to graduate, you must submit your Notice of Candidacy through WM's online Application to Graduate.
January graduation – October 15 of previous year
May graduation – October 15 of previous year
August graduation - October 15 of previous year
Write the month in which your degree will be conferred. (Example: If you finish classes in December 2024, your degree is conferred January 2025, and you are participating in May 2025 Commencement, write "January 2025.")
A one-time, non-refundable Graduation Fee will be charged to your student account. To view an itemized list of fees, visit the Tuition & Fees webpage.
CHANGE OF GRADUATION DATE
If you apply to graduate and later realize you will be graduating in a different semester, please resubmit the form with the new graduation date as soon as possible. You will not be charged the graduation fee again.
