NOC Form

In order to graduate, you must submit a Notice of Candidacy to Graduate (NOC) form.

NOC FORM DUE DATES

January graduation – June 30 of previous year
May graduation – September 30 of previous year
August graduation - September 30 of previous year

Write the month in which your degree will be conferred. (Example: If you finish classes in December 2014, your degree is conferred January 2015, and you are participating in May 2015 Commencement, write "January 2015.")

Fill out the form and email it to the Registrar's Office to the address on the form.

GRADUATION FEE 

W&M charges an $145.00 graduation fee, triggered by submitting your NOC Form. You will be billed by the Bursar’s Office in the standard e-Bill manner.  

CHANGE OF GRADUATION DATE

If you submit a NOC form and later realize you will be graduating in a different semester, please resubmit the form with the new graduation date as soon as possible.  You will not be charged the graduati0n fee again.
