Room Scheduling
The process for reserving a room will depend on the purpose of your request. These forms are for the Full-Time MBA program only.
MBAA Event and Room Requests
If you are an MBAA member seeking space for a club event (including club/committee meetings), please follow the instructions on the MBAA Event Planning webpage.
Team Meeting Room Requests
Team meeting rooms in Miller Hall are specially designed and technologically equipped to facilitate group work, and priority is given to teams and groups over individual study. Reservations can be made through the Event Management System (EMS). Reservations must include your name or team number and the Group must be “CMason Students”. For more information, please read through EMS Instructions (PDF).
First floor team rooms on the Graduate wing are available exclusively to grad students, while team rooms on the Undergraduate wing are available exclusively to undergrads. First floor team rooms can be reserved from 7:00 am – 10:00 pm on weekdays and from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm on weekends.
Lower level team meeting rooms are shared by graduate and undergraduate students at all times. Lower level rooms can be reserved through EMS from from 7:00 am – 10:00 pm on weekdays and from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm on weekends.
All room reservations can be made up to one week in advance and are restricted to a time limit of up to two hours at a time per day per student. You will need you set up your student account before can use this system. Students who routinely violate the two hour restriction may lose their EMS scheduling privileges.

Peninsula Center in Newport News
Team meeting rooms at the Peninsula Center are specially designed and equipped to facilitate group work, and priority is given to teams and groups over individual study.
Team meeting rooms are available to MBA students from all programs at all times and can be reserved through the Event Management System (EMS) from 6:00 am – midnight seven days a week.
All room reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance and are restricted to a time limit of up to two hours at a time per student per day. Students who routinely violate the two hour restriction may lose their EMS scheduling privileges.
Room Reservations (Campus - Outside Miller Hall)
All spaces on campus outside of Miller Hall and the Peninsula Center, including the Sadler Center, Lake Matoaka Amphitheatre and Yates Field must be reserved through the Scheduling Office.
