Previously, from March 2002 to May 2006, Mr. Sapnar served as Senior Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer of Domestic Operations of TRC and Putnam. He serves as a Director of Putnam Reinsurance. He served as a Director of Transatlantic Holdings Inc. from May 26, 2011, to September 2011. He served as a Director of Transatlantic Reinsurance Company, Inc., since December 2004.
