The Two Places You Can Still Change the World: New York City and Silicon Valley

What do Silicon Valley and New York City have in common? If you ask Ken Himmel, President, CEO, and    Founder of Related Urban Development and Howard Elkus, Founding Principal of Elkus-Manfredi Architects they are the two places where you can still change the world.  And through the creation of their two new developments on both the East and West coasts, that’s exactly what they intend to do.  Related Urban Development will be partnering with Montana Property Group in Silicon Valley to develop nearly 70 acres of land into specialty retail, restaurants, and entertainment uses.  Himmel and Elkus are also partnering to make New York City’s Hudson Yards a new 28 acre development – the largest of its kind in the history of the United States.
