The Mason School jumps 4 spots in the latest Bloomberg Businessweek Rankings
For the fifth time in six years, the Full-Time MBA program at William & Mary’s Raymond A. Mason School of Business is ranked #1 for Learning in Bloomberg BusinessWeek’s 2024-25 “Best Business School Rankings.” In addition, the Mason School’s MBA program is ranked #32 overall in America, an improvement of four positions over last year’s ranking.
“The number one ranking in Learning is a reflection of our incredible faculty, learning environment and relevant curriculum,” said Ken White, Associate Dean, Residential Graduate Programs. “Our students experience it every day. It’s exciting to see that level of quality and commitment reflected in this year’s Bloomberg BusinessWeek ranking.”
Results from surveys of recent alumni, students and employers that recruit MBAs drive much of the Bloomberg BusinessWeek rankings. The publication uses that survey data to rank MBA programs in five areas, which include Compensation, Learning, Networking, Entrepreneurship, and Diversity. After tallying the scores from the five areas, overall MBA program rankings are calculated.
“We are ranked in the top ten in three of the five categories,” said White. “That, plus our #32 overall ranking, puts us in an elite group of schools.”
In addition to the number one ranking in Learning, the Mason School’s MBA program made the top ten in the Networking category (#9) and in Entrepreneurship (#8).
