William & Mary Climbs Eight Spots to #11 on Poets&Quants Ranking for Best Online MBA Programs
Poets&Quants 2022 annual list of the best online MBA programs named William & Mary’s program at #11. In a highly competitive ranking, the Raymond A. Mason School of Business jumped up eight spots from #19 in 2021. The Mason School was also ranked #2 for academic experience and #4 for career outcomes.
“This recognition is a testament to the hard work our dedicated staff and faculty have invested into creating and delivering an outstanding experience for our Online MBA students,” said Pam Suzadail, Associate Dean and Executive Director of the Center for Online Learning.
This is the fifth time Poets&Quants has ranked online MBA programs dating back to the inaugural ranking in 2018.
“We moved into the online world to provide the opportunity for people all over the country and all over the world to have William & Mary quality educational experiences and to learn from our dedicated faculty and staff,” said Dean Larry Pulley. “Our purpose as a business school is to prepare our students for lives of principled achievement and that is what distinguishes our graduates from other programs.”
Data for the ranking was gathered from both school and alumni surveys and was based on three core dimensions: quality of incoming students; graduates’ assessment of the MBA experience, including both academic and extracurricular activities; and career outcomes of a program’s graduates.
William & Mary’s Online MBA is also ranked #5 for student engagement by U.S. News & World Report, and overall, the Mason School has been ranked as #1 for learning by Bloomberg Businessweek and #3 for best professors by Princeton Review.
In addition to the Online MBA, the Mason School also offers an Online Master of Science in Business Analytics, an Online Master of Science in Marketing, and an Online Master of Science in Finance. Explore our programs to learn more.
