Financial Times MBA 2011 ranks the Mason School in the Top 100 in the World
In the Financial Times MBA 2011 ranking, the Mason School ranked 86th among all business schools in the world and in the top 50 of all U.S. business schools considered for ranking.
The ranking measures the career progression of alumni, the diversity of the school’s faculty and students, the quality of faculty research.
"The Financial Times ranking measures faculty quality, international diversity, and the perceptions and career success of our graduates. It is highly regarded around the world and we are pleased by this recognition," said Dean Lawrence B. Pulley.
In determining the ranking, Financial Times surveys alumni who have been out of school for three years and collects data from the school on the diversity and research components. Alumni are asked about their salaries, career development since graduation, and the likelihood of their recommendation for the school.
