Mason welcomes 11 new Executive Partners
WILLIAMSBURG, VA -- The Mason School of Business at the College of William and Mary is pleased to welcome 11 new EPs to its Executive Partner Program.
Robert C. Condon has16 years experience in the banking industry, retiring as Executive Vice President and head of the Trust and Investment Management Department of Lake City Bank in Warsaw, Indiana. Before joining the banking industry, Condon practiced law, serving as managing partner of two firms where he was engaged primarily in real estate, probate, trust and municipal law.
J. Barry Golliday is founder and president of Polaris Group, a senior management consultancy that creates strategic focus to help entrepreneurial companies get better results faster. At Procter & Gamble, he was Director of Product Development, Director of Marketing and a member of the management team that took the Arm & Hammer division from $57MM to $353MM.
Michael Hand has spent most of his 30+ year career within the fashion industry. After learning the business at Gillette and Anderson Consulting, he moved to Wrangler where his positions included Director Sales Planning, Director Marketing Services, VP Sales and Marketing, International Division.
David Jolley has over 35 years of experience in banking and financial service industry and is currently President, Williamsburg Region, First Market Bank. From 1970 through 2003 Jolley was with Wachovia serving as Senior Vice President.
John McElroy served as the Vice President, Marketing and Strategic Relations at Fujitsu Microelectronics, responsible for P&L for a $230 million set of semiconductor products. Throughout his career, his responsibilities have included general management, worldwide development of strategic networking products, customer sales and support, marketing, corporate communications, and strategic relations with corporate partners.
Charles S. Ream is a former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Anteon International Corporation, a $1.6B NYSE listed federal services contractor. Prior to Anteon, Ream held senior financial executive positions with Newport News Shipbuilding, Raytheon Corporation, Hughes Aircraft and Baker Hughes.
Alain Rigal is currently the President of Presus Inc., a consulting firm specialized in Strategic Management. Before founding Presus, Rigal was the United Nations Treasurer of UNICEF. Prior experience includes Banque Rothschild Paris and the Banque Indosuez in Bangkok and Paris and a position with the Foreign Service as French commercial attaché in Honduras CA.
Thomas L. Ruch spent 26 years at IBM before retiring. His last position was Vice President for IBM's Global Technology Services division. In this capacity he was responsible for setting and executing information technology outsourcing strategies for 20+ Fortune 100 industrial accounts across the aerospace, automotive and defense industries with a portfolio value of $800 million.
Michael Segala, Jr. joined Ferguson Enterprises, Inc, as a Commercial / Industrial Business Group Manager in 2004. Prior experience at Victaulic Company of America included positions such as National Accounts Manager, Global Director of Sales Training, and Eastern Division Sales Manager.
Mike Whittaker recently retired as Senior Vice President, Marketing for Trust Company of the West. In a financial career spanning 36 years, he held a variety of positions in both sales and operations management.
James C. (Jim) Yu has over 25 years of experience in leading/managing NASA's Aeronautics and Space R&D Programs both at NASA Langley Research Center and at NASA Headquarters, with last 12 years as a Senior Executive responsible for both R&D programs and organization development.
