Brett Alpert
Associate Dean Career Services and Executive Director, GCMC

Dr. Brett Alpert has served more than 22 years in an array of private and public sector roles. Prior to pursuing his graduate studies, Brett spent 4+ years in various management capacities within the financial services industry, served as Community Liaison with the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office, and became involved with a series of civic and philanthropic activities (from the California State Assembly's Business Advisory Commission to the West Valley Boys and Girls Club's Board of Directors). Brett has previously served undergraduate students as an Academic Advisor at the University of Maryland, recruited/advised graduate students and internship supervisors as Coordinator for Graduate Programs and Activities with the Center for the Study of Higher and Postsecondary Education at the University of Michigan, and served both students and employers as Director of External Opportunities and Engagement at Loyola Marymount University. Brett comes to us most recently from Stanford University, where he served as Associate Dean of Career Education and Director of Career Ventures. Originally from Southern California, Brett is joined in Williamsburg by his long-time girlfriend, Laura, and is excited to have recently become a part of the Mason School, the GCMC team, and the William & Mary community.

Patrice Lincoln
Director of Graduate Career Advising & Education

Patrice is the Director of Graduate Career Advising and Education for GCMC. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Marketing and her Master of Business Administration degrees from Fitchburg State University in Massachusetts. Patrice comes from industry and has worked in Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Laboratory Services and has owned her own marketing business. Looking to fulfill a desire to give back to the community, Patrice joined higher education where she became Dean at Mt Wachusett Community College in Massachusetts. She worked with a team of 50 employees to help reduce barriers to and increase retention in higher education for low-income, first in family to college, population. It was in this role that Patrice defined her passion for staff development and eventually put her skills to use in advising graduate students at Mason beginning in 2015. Although a native of Massachusetts, the warmer weather, earlier blooming season, and a granddaughter brought Patrice and her husband to Virginia and the lovely campus of William & Mary. Go Tribe!

Dennis Amrine
Associate Director, Career Advising & Education

Dennis brings extensive career development experience having worked in higher education, corporate outplacement, and with the state government. He has worked with senior executives, the long term unemployed and consistently been successful when mentoring and motivating individuals in career exploration.

Sean Schofield
Associate Director, Career Advising & Education

Sean served as a departmental internship coordinator and adjunct faculty member for 4 years at Montclair State University. He also served as membership director for the North Jersey Chamber of Commerce for 3 years before moving to Williamsburg, where he has spent the last 4 years as Assistant Director of Internships and Assistant Director of Accounting & Finance Careers at the Cohen Career Center. Sean is currently a 4th year Ph.D. student in the EPPL Higher Education Program at William & Mary, with research focused on career satisfaction over the lifespan, as well as equity and diversity issues in industry. He is incredibly excited to be joining the Raymond A. Mason School of Business, and enjoys spending time with his wife, Jessica, their daughter, Riley and their dog, Duke (named for Duke of Gloucester Street)!

Michael S. Ryan
Director, Corporate Relations & Employer Engagement

As leader of the "CREE" team, Mike leads corporate engagement and development initiatives bringing together W&M alumni, employers, partners, friends and students. Mike leverages over twenty years of experience in human resource management, recruiting, business development, marketing and public relations. Prior to joining William & Mary, Mike worked in the aerospace/ defense, telecommunications and financial services industries where he led large-scale projects, events and diverse teams across multiple time zones. Mike resides in the Northern Virginia area with his wife and two children.

Rosalyn Hundley
Associate Director of Corporate Relations & Employer Engagement
Master of Science in Education, ODU
BS, Public Administration, Virginia State University
After completing her undergraduate degree, Rosalyn worked for Apex Systems, Inc. as a Contractor Care Specialist, and in addition, had the unique opportunity to assist contractors in translating their contracting experiences onto their resumes. Although this experience was very fulfilling for Rosalyn, her ultimate desire was to work with college students and assist them in their professional development. Her work in higher education career services began with the start of her master's program where she immediately began serving as a graduate assistant for ODU's Career Development Services. Rosalyn is a native of Williamsburg, VA, and grew up in close proximity to William & Mary. Although she did not attend herself, she has spent much time at the university due to her mother being an alumna (M.Ed '87), and her church having partnered with the institution for various community initiatives. In Rosalyn’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, visiting Yorktown Beach, playing the piano, crafting, and spoiling the family dog – Rusty.

Amy Moyer
Associate Director, Corporate Relations & Employer Engagement

BA, Christopher Newport University
Amy joins the GCMC from BlueLabs Analytics where she led New Partner Strategy and has spent the last six years expanding the accounts divisions of start-up technology firms in the DC area, focusing on market share acquisition, business development, sales strategies, and corporate process efficiency. Previously, she served as the lead fundraiser and account manager for members of the Virginia State Legislature, the Congress, the Senate, and for state/ nationwide non-profits. Amy is a 2007 graduate of Christopher Newport University in Communication Studies and is a 2018 graduate of William & Mary's Raymond A. Mason School of Business MBA Program.

Colleen Lynch
Assistant Director, Recruiting & Operations
BA, Mary Baldwin College
Colleen is the Career Services Recruitment Specialist in the Graduate Career Management Center (GCMC). She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Mary Baldwin College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. She is currently pursuing her Master of Education Degree in Higher Education here at William & Mary. Colleen comes to the GCMC with over fifteen years of business administrator experience and great people skills. She has served on many PTA Boards from the local school level up to the state level; she has chaired her neighborhood HOA Board, as well as served on the Architectural Review Board for her HOA. Colleen loves to vacation with her family and her favorite way to vacation is on a cruise ship.

Pierce Brown
Data Analyst
Pierce is the Data Analyst for the GCMC team and is responsible for data collection, accuracy and reporting, both operational and strategic. He brings over four decades of professional experience in Product Management and software development in a large commercial Medical Insurance company. Pierce enjoys traveling the world with his wife and is an avid golfer.
