Welcoming Remarks & Responsible Analytics for Digital Natives: Leveraging Insights at Every Interaction Keynote

After welcoming remarks from the Raymond A. Mason School of Business, Mike Savage, the Chief Growth Officer at BlastX, will share his experiences with Responsible AI. With his foundation in undergraduate and graduate business curriculum at W&M, Mr. Savage's career has focused on using digital analytics to improve the customer experience across brands and spanned roles at Deloitte Digital, Havas/Snyder Communications, Merkle, and now BlastX, a digital experience optimization (DXO) consulting firm.

The Role of Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence in Resilience Panel

A panel of industry experts will discuss how analytics can help a company (and a person) be resilient during ambiguous times. Hear about their career journeys from W&M to current roles, how their companies developed agility during the pandemic, and their ideas about skills that will be needed.

Monica Tremblay will moderate the panel.

Panelists:

  • Patrick Scherder, Global Consulting Partner GTM Lead at Stripe
  • Andrew Lieberman, Americas Manager, Ecosystem Consulting at Celonis
  • Jackie Juergens, Director Supply Chain at Altria
