Biography

Phillip Wagner, or Dr. Phil as most of his students know him, is a Clinical Associate Professor in Organizational Behavior. He teaches a range of courses in management communication, including courses in diversity, equity, and inclusion leadership within organizations. Dr. Wagner also serves in a leadership role for the Mason School's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Initiatives.

Dr. Wagner brings extensive experience in higher education leadership, including as Assistant Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs and Chair of the Chancellor's Advisory Council on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the University of South Florida-Sarasota.

Dr. Wagner received his Ph.D. from the University of Kansas and is a proud Jayhawk.
