Biography

Dr. Millin graduated this summer with a Ph.D. in Global Leadership and Management at Florida International University. His research focuses on leadership, neurodivergence, and the workplace, with particular attention to ADHD and leadership. He has published in leading management scholarship and has presented his work at major conferences, including the Academy of Management Annual Meeting.

Dr. Millin has taught courses in Human Resource Management and Introduction to Management and is recognized for bringing research, industry perspectives, and practical leadership development into the classroom. Before pursuing his doctorate, he held leadership and human capital roles across higher education and industry, including serving as Head of Human Capital at Fusion Transport. 

We are excited to have Dr. Millin join our community for the Fall and look forward to the insights he will bring through his research, teaching, and engagement with students and faculty.
