Biography
Paul Blossom is a Chancellor Clinical Professor of Operations and Information Technology, who received his Ph.D. in Operations Management, MS in Operations Research and BS in Psychology from Michigan State University. His interests include Information Technology, Quality management, Six Sigma, and Lean management issues in the healthcare and non-profit sectors.
He has published articles in Interfaces, APICS and other publications. His experience ranges from the factory floor to the executive suite; from journeyman millwright (a skilled trade) to COO at a venture capital funded software development company. Paul has also held a variety of increasingly more responsible positions at several employers. He has taught Information Systems and Operations Management at five universities.
