Biography
Dr. Dexter Daniel is an Adjunct Professor at the Raymond A. Mason School of Business, College of William & Mary. With a distinguished career in global strategy, procurement policy, and governance, Dexter's expertise spans defense, government, hardware manufacturing, and software development. As a senior leader in the United States Army Acquisitions Corps, he played a pivotal role in strategic innovation, operational excellence, and leadership at the Army's Software Engineering Center, contributing to global mission success. Dexter has provided procurement and policy guidance on contracts exceeding $2 billion, managed $18.2 billion in multi-service weapons programs, and enhanced the Army's capabilities in emerging technologies. He holds a doctorate in Organizational Behavior from Temple University, an MBA, and a bachelor's in finance from Augusta University. Certified in Lean Six Sigma, government contracting, and program management, Dexter is an advisor in strategic innovation and organizational problem-solving.
