  • Developed a Comprehensive Bonus Strategy for the Navy Reserve, a 64,000-member organization. Successfully presented and gained approval for the $400M program from the Chief of Navy Reserve, Assistant Secretary of the Navy, and Assistant Secretary of Defense (Manpower & Reserve Affairs).
  • Created an analytical approach to bonus expenditure justification, and then used this approach to obtain an additional $34M in bonus resources during a time when all other Navy bonus program funding was cut.

  • Developed instructional policy and procedures, supervised development of the curriculum and instructional materials, and conducted instructor training for all introductory leadership instructors.
  • One of two senior editors of custom text. Worked closely with Pearson Publishing to redesign the custom leadership textbook for the largest core course at the Naval Academy (Introduction to Leadership).
