Research falls into three themes: (1) organizational culture; (2) workplace relationships; and (3) future of work and the spread of remote work. I examine these themes using various methodologies including field surveys and field experiments in organizations, lab experiments, social network analysis, and computational text analysis leveraging machine learning and natural language processing.

In addition to research is a strong record of teaching across undergraduate, MBA, and executive audiences. At William & Mary, I teach Global Strategic Management (undergraduate). Previously, at London Business School, I taught Negotiation and Bargaining (MBA) and several executive education programs on Leadership.
