Biography

Chris Caracci is an adjunct professor of global competitive strategy, leadership, and organizational behavior. As a 32-year veteran of The Walt Disney Company, he is an expert in leadership development and organizational culture and design.

Professor Caracci consults with organizations worldwide in formulating strategies their employee, customer, client, and patient experiences. This work is accomplished through the creation of specifically and intentionally designed delivery frameworks and methodologies, human resource practices, and approaches to leadership management, development, and succession.

For 35 years, Chris has taught in the areas of business ethics, organizational behavior and development, internal and external service strategy, and leadership. His interests include improving the quality of patient experiences in healthcare settings, emotional intelligence as it drives culture health, and value-based leadership alignment to operational strategy. Chris is a retired U.S. Air Force officer.
