SCORE (Service Corps of Retired Executives)
As a SCORE volunteer, I mentored and advised individuals who wanted to start/expand small businesses in Virginia, including non-profits.

Consultants. Various Army, DoD, and industry clients as part of a larger consulting firm.

Textron Systems
Textron Systems develops and manufactures smart munitions, brilliant sensors, and other products for the US Army As a Principal Engineer, developed system models, conducted component trade studies for system optimizations, estimated total system performance, and facilitated their integration into Army force-on-force models. As a Marketing Manager, I worked across the Army Acquisition System to articulate the efficacy of our solutions, demonstrated our products complementing other systems (produced a video - later used by Discovery Channel Future Weapons). As a Principal Scientist, scouted/assessed emerging technologies to identify capabilities that could improve our products' performance.

US Army
Combat Infantry Platoon Leader and Company Commander. As an Operations Research/Systems Analyst, developed and wrote combat simulation models, developed quality assurance tools for very large databases. Served as a Corps Inspector General. Evaluated programs and budgets in the Pentagon on the Army Staff (G4) and Joint Staff (JB)
