Led a team that provided the primary financial support to C Suite and Senior Group Management for a business segment whose annual revenues were $1.3B. Responsibilities included financial reporting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis. Led Finance in the due diligence, acquisition and integration of multiple businesses. 

Bio-Rad Laboratories, Controller for the Digital Biology Business. Responsible for the financial reporting, planning and analysis for the Digital Biology business. Led Finance in the due diligence, acquisition and integration of two businesses that provided foundational technology and intellectual property for the business. 

MJ Research Inc., Accounting Manager. Managed the financial closing, reporting and audit for a privately held bio-tech company that manufactured instruments for PCR analysis. Served as a subject matter expert and led in the implementation of three ORACLE ERP accounting modules. 

Gensym Corporation, Accounting Manager. Managed the financial closing, reporting and audit for a small, public software company. Managed consolidations of multiple international entities.
