Biography

Exxon Research and Engineering, Executive Responsible for the planning and development of leading-edge initiatives to optimize operations of the company's plants and for transforming understaffed and inefficient operations into best-in-class organizations. Led the development/execution of multi-million R&D programs. Played a critical role in the merger of Exxon and Mobil's engineering organizations into a single, high-performing company.
