Complete responsibility for U.S. and Canadian operations. Board member for three Danone Companies. Part of the team formed to sell and transition the company to HJ Heinz. A subsidiary of Groupe Danone, a French consumer productions corporation with over 100 separately run businesses. The company produces, markets, sells, and distributes premium sauces for both the retail and food service markets.

HP Foods, General Manager UK Division
Managed integration of BE International Import Company into HP Foods, including the integration of all departments into a team-based, customer-focused organization to provide targeted consumer brand marketing in and out of the retail food stores. Integrated all brands into the HP portfolio.

BE International, General Manager
Managed the development and implementation of revised strategies in this newly acquired company. Converted a non-branded trading company into one in which branded marketing was the key focus, resulting in a 10-fold increase in sales. Led the mission to brand the entire line of imported Chinese foods with the Amoy name. Developed print and television campaigns to support the initiative. Grew brand into a well-established position in the UK, with Amoy being expanded by Groupe Danone into other countries.
