Project Manager for 500 environmental assessments working with corporate management and stakeholders for substantial equivalence and/or NEPA requirements for new products and pre-market notifications to the FDA. Project cost of $1.5MM included 30 professionals working on multi-disciplined teams resulted in regulatory approval and the marketing/branding of similar products in multiple countries.

Weston Services, Texas Eastern Gas Pipeline, Consultant/Project
Oversaw one of the largest privately funded national hazardous waste cleanup projects in the United States. Served as liaison to public officials, corporations, stakeholders, client and opposition lawyers, and the public. Managed feasibility studies and site assessments for PCB and dioxin contamination at more than 70 sites in 16 states along 10,000 miles. In addition, participated in Consent Decree negotiations with the U.S. Department of Justice and ten to fifteen federal and state regulatory agencies within EPA Regions II, III, and IV.

Managed, coordinated, and monitored water and wastewater projects handled by agency engineers. Coordinated with local/state agencies on legislation, regulations, and policies governing scope of facilities for the technical standards, procedures, and controls for federal grants. Assisted in the development of the Federal Clean Water Act regulations for the Chesapeake Bay.
