Biography

Bill is a technology senior executive and strategy adviser. He currently provides specialized consulting services to Fortune 50 clients, system integrators, small businesses, non-profit organizations, political campaigns, and select government clients. He is a retired Army Intelligence Officer and Senior Executive at Hewlett-Packard. Bill was a Senior Vice President and GM for HP's Global Public Sector, Health and Education customer segments ($12B revenue), and led strategy, sales, marketing, business development, partnerships, consulting services, solutions integration, PR/AR, and finance functions in support of HP customers in over 100 countries. He also led HP CSR efforts in Asia and Africa and was a member of HP's Executive Marketing Council. Bill also has extensive Enterprise and Cyber Security management experience. In 2003, Bill advised Secretary Tom Ridge and his principal staff in integrating 22 federal agencies into the new Department of Homeland Security, sharing private industry best practices resulting from the largest technology merger at the time [Compaq and HP in 2002].
