Taught courses on business and legal corporate counsel management and founded and managed a business law clinic, allowing students to work with and advise small Virginia businesses on various legal and business matters.

The American subsidiary of Serco, Ltd., a British international services corporation. Advised intelligence and military divisions on contracts, British and U.S. ethics issues, human resources, litigation, lobbying, international contracting, and political matters.

Argon ST, Inc., Vice President and General Counsel
A high-tech systems development and engineering startup which went public. Advised management and Board on legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, litigation, ethics, corporate governance, contracts, government relations, and human resources. Oversaw sale of Boeing, served post-merger as liaison to Boeing legal management.

Nortel Government Solutions (successor to PEC Solutions), Vice President and Senior Counsel
Advised corporation on international and the U.S. classified data security measures, contracts, intellectual property, human resources, and facilities issues.

PEC Solutions, Inc., Vice President and General Counsel and Board Secretary
A high-tech systems development startup that went public: oversaw legal matters, developed and managed finance and accounting, contracts, facilities, human resources, government security and public and government relations departments. Oversaw multiple acquisitions and advised on IPO, secondary and ultimate sale to Nortel Inc.
