Conduct independent oversight of the offices and bureaus of the Treasury, including the Bureau of Public Debt, the Office of Comptroller of the Currency, the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network and the Office of Terrorism and Financial Intelligence, by keeping the Secretary and Congress informed through independent audits and criminal investigations.

Mariner Health Network, Senior Vice President for Ethics and Compliance
Senior Executive Compliance Officer for a long-term care company having 45,000 employees and annual revenues in excess of $2 billion. Managed a staff of eleven professionals dealing with matters ranging from fraud and resident abuse to human resources issues.

United States Senate, Committee of Finance, Chief Investigator
Conducted 2-year investigation into the abusive tactics of the IRS. Coordinated Congressional hearings resulting from Committee investigations. Coordinated all press coverage for the hearings.

Department of the Air Force, Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (Acting)
Responsible for the management of readiness issues as they impacted Air Force resources. Responsible for the execution of policies and programs related to Air Force installations, e.g. logistics, major construction, and family housing. Point of contact for all drug interdiction efforts within the Department of the Air Force.

Executive Aviation Services, Inc., Founder and President
Private jet aircraft charter service operating worldwide. Directed and responsible for all flight operations, FAA safety requirements, crew training, organizational planning, cost analysis, human resource management, contract administration and negotiation. Operated over twenty private jet and turbo prop aircraft, primarily for the entertainment industry, to include the management of Frank Sinatra's personal aircraft.
