Experience

US Department of Defense, Joint Staff, Assistant Deputy Director. Organization development leader focused enabling senior executives and leadership teams on projects to design and implement national strategic change initiatives and large-scale transformational change across the Department of Defense's Joint Force consisting of the US Army, US Navy, US Air Force, US Marine Corps, and US Space Force in support of global national security deployment.

Director, US Army Europe Exercises. Project Lead and subject matter expert in development, planning, coordination, and collaboration with European Allies and Partner ground forces and US Joint Forces to build synergize effects of supportive national security. Provides trained and ready Allies and Partners Armies and influenced our nations adversaries. Clients throughout North America, Europe, and the former Soviet Union states now NATO Allies and Partners.

Director Civil-Military Operations. Lead an organizational team for the US Army Corps Civil-Military operational planning and execution for a 104,000 Soldier organization spanning over six states and with global reach. Planned and executed numerous strategic level wargames to inform senior executives (both Army Generals and US Congressmen) of the implications of Whole-of-Government support to achieve national strategic objectives in competitive and combat environments.

Commander. Senior Leader of a military unit of 268 Soldiers responsible to a Senior Executive (Commanding General of US Army Europe) to enable stability and Whole of Government support throughout Europe to dter adversaries and reassure NATO Allies and Partners.
