Oversaw one of the largest privately funded national hazardous waste cleanup projects in the United States. Managed feasibility studies and site assessments for PCB and dioxin contamination at more than 70 sites in 16 states along 10,000 miles. In addition, participated in Consent Decree negotiations with the U.S. Department of Justice and ten to fifteen federal and state regulatory agencies within EPA Regions II, III, and IV.
