Co-founder and CMO for Datica, a digital health company focused on cloud-based integration and compliance services for healthcare. Involved in all aspects of this startup including product strategy, finance, operations, marketing, sales and HR.

Cleveland Clinic, Chief Medical Information Officer.
Served as first CMIO and directed a team of more than 400 staff responsible for clinical information systems world-wide. Founded the Cleveland Clinic Clinical Decision Support Center of Excellence. Collaborated with Cleveland Clinic Innovations to identify and commercialize Cleveland Clinic staff inventions.
