Biography

Accomplished and dynamic government relations professional with extensive experience in leading change, managing people, and driving results. Expert in crafting strategic congressional campaigns designed to increase awareness and shape legislative issues. Experienced legislative and foreign affairs specialist with a comprehensive working knowledge of Capitol Hill. Proven military professional with in-depth knowledge of U.S. Military Services and Joint Service operations, the Defense acquisition process, and structure. Successful leader with a unique ability to assess, adapt, and excel in a rapidly changing environment. Adroit communicator, able to gather, assimilate, and evaluate information for succinct and timely dissemination.

Nancy earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Naval Academy then went on
to Naval Flight School in Pensacola, Florida. She flew mostly large fixed-wing aircraft
and garnered roughly 3,000 flight hours. Nancy served in several “shore” duty
assignments to include Naval Academy Company Officer, Congressional Liaison Officer,
and Protocol Officer to the Commander in Chief, Atlantic Fleet (Norfolk, VA).
After the Navy, Nancy served as Defense Legislative Assistant to Senator John Warner of
Virginia then went on to work in various capacities within the defense industry.
