HealthNet Federal Services, Senior Director. Planned, organized, launched and directed a multi-site startup operation for the DoD healthcare program (TRICARE). Directed all strategic, operational decisions, military and government relations in a politically sensitive and media driven environment with congressional oversight. Subject matter expert in healthcare quality and customer services accreditations/certifications (URAC, ISO and JD Powers). President's Award for improving Behavioral Health Access and decreasing military suicide rate through development of innovative programs such as telemedicine in war zones and Behavioral Health Provider Locator program.
