Managed sales teams responsible for supporting the U.S. Postal Service and the Federal Health/Medical segments with both teams growing annual revenues over 300%. Led a major reorganization of IBM's national Federal salesforce and later spearheaded the transformational implementation of IBM's customer relationship management (CRM) processes across the Federal sales organization.
