Experience
Exelon Generation Company, LLC., General Counsel & Senior Vice-President Regulatory Affairs and Nuclear Security Provided executive oversight for security and regulatory affairs, as well as the coordination of issues that involved legal, communication and governmental affairs. Exelon owned and operated the largest nuclear fleet in the United States, comprised of 22 reactors at 13 locations in Illinois, Maryland, New York and Pennsylvania. Managed legal matters involving all of Exelon's non-nuclear generation assets. Developed an advocacy group to promote the benefits of nuclear energy that was adopted by the industry. Served on the Board of Directors for CENG, a joint venture between Exelon and Electricite de France.
United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission Regional Counsel for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Region I Office. Responsibilities included oversight of all legal issues as well as direction on investigations and enforcement.

Formerly served as Chairman of the Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited Lawyers Advisory Committee and as Chairman of the Nuclear Energy Institute's Lawyers Advisory Committee. Served as a member of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra Board of Trustees and as a member of the Board of Directors for Resolution Systems Institute which assists courts in making more effective and efficient use of alternative dispute resolution.
