U.S. Marine Corps, Colonel, North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), Chief NATO Exercise Program
Developed a new NATO training program that resulted in a six-fold increase in strategic exercises. Led a diverse branch for 20 NATO nations and routinely integrated the actions of personnel from over 40 nations. Developed key strategic options for senior military and political leaders regarding developing crisis in Eastern Europe.

U.S. Marine Corps, Colonel, Security Force Regiment, Commanding Officer
Led a global organization of over 4,000 Marines and Sailors responsible for two major strategic mission requirements. Directed security for all U.S. Navy nuclear weapons with zero compromises. Deployed anti-terrorism units globally 36 times in support of regional commanders to secure critical U.S. Assets.

Directed and supervised operational and exercise-related planning efforts for USMC forces in the Pacific. Represented USMC in 15 countries to include interactions with foreign militaries, governments, and U.S. embassies. Directly supported contingency planning efforts in the Pacific theater.
