Led Citi Consumer Bank's global fraud operations, encompassing 3,500 employees across five countries. Designed and implemented machine learning/robotics strategies to deliver improved CX and cost savings and launched Cyber Operations team to investigate external fraud attacks in real-time. Led Citi's Global Workforce Optimization function with responsibility for network of 40,000+ employees, servicing 16 Country markets.

Provided global operational solutions to seven of the top ten US banks, as well as card associations, insurance companies and Fintech payments companies.

Capital One, Managing Vice President, Head of Direct Banking
Built and led third largest direct (branchless) bank in the US. Managed sustained, rapid growth, building stable deposit funding of $22 Billion. Oversaw large system and organizational integration programs and led transformational process management program.

CapitalOne, Vice President/Site Director, European Operations
Launched operations and opened new site in Nottingham, England. Directed IT, Real Estate, Operations and Human Resources teams through complex site opening. Responsible for all bank and credit card operations while growing site to 600 employees.
