The Raymond A. Mason School of Business is seeking applicants for an Assistant Director of Admissions & Recruitment. As part of the high-performing and collaborative admissions and recruitment team, the Assistant Director provides vital and creative support as part of targeted recruiting and enrollment initiatives. The Assistant Director will work closely with the Directors and Associate Directors to implement recruitment strategies by designing content and communication, including the admissions website to increase click rates and yield. Along with providing administrative and communications support, the Assistant Director will collect and assess data related to recruitment and enrollment markets to contribute to strategic decisions made by leadership.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Use strong administrative expertise and collaborative mindset to support the execution of recruitment efforts and activities for School of Business graduate programs.
- Create compelling, engaging, and consistently branded content in collaboration with the marketing department and program directors to be used to promote the School of Business graduate programs and for events and admissions web presence, all with the goal of attracting a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
- Perform data analysis critical for admissions recruitment and decision-making, collecting relevant data related to candidate pools and market trends to support larger strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education/experience.
- Experience with event planning/scheduling/logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong computer skills and a demonstrated ability to learn new programs and software.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate quantitative and qualitative data.
- Ability to multitask, take initiative, and speak in front of groups.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, along with an ability to effectively promote the School and its programs.
Salary Range:
Up to $49,000 commensurate with experience and internal pay equity
