Worked leading-edge technology projects including voice and data network simulations and analysis, network engineering and design, software development, database design and development, systems analysis, performance engineering, developed and engineered large scale systems benchmarking packages, project management, and acquisition support. He was a corporate troubleshooter sent to investigate projects. He was a successful proposal writer.
