The Plumeri Communication Center is named for distinguished William & Mary alumnus Joseph Plumeri.

It is a state-of-the-art facility boasting two simulated conference rooms complete with sophisticated audio-visual equipment, video and audio recording equipment, mock video-conferencing, live observation/control booth, and fully-integrated audio-visual projection technologies.

It was conceived and designed as a resource for students to increase their understanding of communication and to develop their presentation and associated communication skills.

The Center also supports internal academic initiatives, such as graduate and undergraduate credit courses, non-credit courses, seminars, scholarships, workshops, internship, and field consultancy initiatives and faculty and student research.

The Plumeri Communication Center is a vibrant part of the academic arm of the Mason School, offering case development, conferences, competitions, working papers and continuing research to expand the knowledge and research base of professional management and leadership communication.
