Personalized Visits 

Personalized campus visits are available year-round, Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. We encourage you to visit at any point in your Admissions process, from the initial search phase to reconnaissance trips for housing before your move-in. Depending on the schedules of our students, any of the following will be offered:

  • Meet with Admissions
  • Lunch with current MBA students
  • Tour of Miller Hall 
  • Engage with an Executive Partner
  • Attend an MBA class
  • Connect with the Graduate Career Management Center

Amanda Barth is the Director of MBA Admissions for the Raymond A. Mason School of Business. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Spanish in 2002 from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio. She spent two years working in undergraduate admissions at Wittenberg, before pursuing her Master of Education degree in the Educational Policy, Planning and Leadership Program at William & Mary from 2004-2006. After completing her Masters she worked as a development officer at the Arizona State University Foundation in Tempe, Arizona. Amanda returned to William & Mary, joining the Mason School in 2009 and has been an active part of the Mason School family ever since. She enjoys traveling around the globe, immersing in international culture, all sports and spending time with her husband Brent, her son Jack and their Labrador retriever, Hachiko.

Emma Homan is the Assistant Director of MBA Admissions for the Raymond A. Mason School of Business. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Emma worked for a non-profit, Big Brothers Big Sisters, in Blacksburg, Virginia before moving to Williamsburg to work with William & Mary in 2017. Emma grew up in the Williamsburg area and enjoys spending time with her husband (Griffin) and dogs (Penny, Zoey, Fonzi, and Foxy), traveling the world, and attending local festivals and events in her hometown.

Joshua Lustig is the Associate Director of MBA Admissions for the Raymond A. Mason School of Business. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2005 from William & Mary where he was also a member of the Tribe football team and team captain. He spent five years as an assistant football coach at Christopher Newport University, University of Richmond, Georgetown University and Davidson College. While at Georgetown University in 2007-2008 he completed his master's degree in Sports Management. In 2011 he transitioned into clinical sales consultant position with Johnson & Johnson's sports medicine division. Joshua returned to William & Mary, joining the Mason School in 2018. He enjoys supporting Tribe Athletics and spending time with his wife Megan (Mason School '05) and his daughter Caroline.

Toni Sturdivant is the MBA Admissions Coordinator for the Raymond A. Mason School of Business. Toni earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1983 from Morgan State University in Baltimore, MD and in 2008 she earned an MBA from Strayer University, Washington DC. From 1985 - 2004 Toni worked in the Life Insurance Industry for State Farm Life Insurance Company and TIAA-Cref where she served in management and professional roles. In 2005, Toni embarked upon a career in higher education with Strayer University. During her tenure at Strayer University, she worked as a Student Support Manager, Admissions Officer, and Campus Director. In 2012, Toni returned to her hometown of Williamsburg, VA; securing a position at William & Mary, McLeod Business Library. Toni currently works in the MBA Admissions office for the Raymond A. Mason School of Business.

Michele Mitchell is the Associate Director of the MBA Program for the Raymond A. Mason School of Business. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Arizona State University and a Master of Education in Education Policy Planning and Leadership from the William & Mary School of Education. Michele is also a Class of 2021 Master of Business Administration candidate at the William & Mary Raymond A. Mason School of Business. Before moving to Williamsburg in 2001, Michele worked for Arizona State University and Wells Fargo Bank. Michele enjoys canvas painting, experiencing foreign cultures, and camping with her son.

Megan Cofone is the Assistant Director of the MBA First Year Experience for the Raymond A. Mason School of Business. She is a Rhode Island native who graduated from Rhode Island College in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Prior to joining the full-time MBA team at William & Mary, Megan spent three years working on the corporate side of manufacturing. Her interest and background in business management motivated her to enroll in the William & Mary Flex MBA Program. Outside of work and school, Megan enjoys yoga, reading, and spending time with her dog, Neno.
