McGlothlin Leadership Visit Forum
At this special event, Join the Full-Time MBA Admissions Team, faculty, students and our world-renowned Executive Partners for an immersive experience day. Included with your registration is an invitation to select portions of the Mason School's exclusive annual McGlothlin Forum, which brings together two generations of leaders: the next generation from the business and law schools and the McGlothlin Leadership Forum Fellows, pre-eminent leaders in their field.
The Fellows will engage with students and faculty in discussion, debate, and analysis on the most pressing issues of the 21st Century economy and the global political, legal, and free enterprise systems that comprise it.

Director, MBA Admissions
Amanda Barth is the Director of MBA Admissions for the Mason School of Business. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Spanish in 2002 from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio. She spent two years working in undergraduate admissions at Wittenberg, before pursuing her Master of Education degree in the Educational Policy, Planning and Leadership Program at the College of William & Mary from 2004-2006. After completing her Masters she worked as a development officer at the Arizona State University Foundation in Tempe, Arizona. Amanda returned to the College of William & Mary, joining the Mason School of Business in 2009 and has been an active part of the Mason family ever since. She enjoys traveling around the globe, immersing in international culture, all sports and spending time with her husband Brent, her son Jack and their Labrador retriever, Hachiko.
Associate Director, MBA Admissions
Joshua Lustig is the Associate Director of MBA Admissions for the Raymond A. Mason School of Business. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2005 from William & Mary where he was also a member of the Tribe football team and team captain. He spent five years as an assistant football coach at Christopher Newport University, University of Richmond, Georgetown University and Davidson College. While at Georgetown University in 2007-2008 he completed his master's degree in Sports Management. In 2011 he transitioned into clinical sales consultant position with Johnson & Johnson's sports medicine division. Joshua returned to William & Mary, joining the Mason School in 2018. He enjoys supporting Tribe Athletics and spending time with his wife Megan (Mason School '05) and his daughter Caroline.
Assistant Director, MBA Admissions
Emma Rigau is the Assistant Director of MBA Admissions for the Raymond A. Mason School of Business. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Emma worked for a non-profit, Big Brothers Big Sisters, in Blacksburg, Virginia before moving to Williamsburg to work with William & Mary in 2018. Emma grew up in the Williamsburg area and enjoys spending time with her husband (Griffin) and dogs (Penny, Zoey, and Fonzi), traveling the world, and attending local festivals and events in her hometown.
MBA Admissions Coordinator
Toni Sturdivant is the MBA Admissions Coordinator for the Raymond A. Mason School of Business. Toni earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1983 from Morgan State University in Baltimore, MD and in 2008 she earned an MBA from Strayer University, Washington DC. From 1985 - 2004 Toni worked in the Life Insurance Industry for State Farm Life Insurance Company and TIAA-Cref where she served in management and professional roles. In 2005, Toni embarked upon a career in higher education with Strayer University. During her tenure at Strayer University, she worked as a Student Support Manager, Admissions Officer, and Campus Director. In 2012, Toni returned to her hometown of Williamsburg, VA; securing a position at the College of William & Mary, McLeod Business Library. Toni currently works in the MBA Admissions office for the Raymond A. Mason School of Business.
