Patrick Cumby is a change management professional and a founding partner of VectorCSP, a North Carolina-based professional services and consulting firm. From 2002 to 2012 he lead the consulting team at VectorCSP and created the Pathfinder™ Enterprise Transformation Framework, a suite of business transformation practices and tools that have been used to design, plan, model, implement, and evaluate enterprise-wide strategic change in organizations ranging from Dun & Bradstreet and Motorola to federal agencies including DHS, USDA, NASA, HUD, and others. Prior to VectorCSP, Mr. Cumby held leadership positions in high tech startups and large firms including Z-Soft, Motorola, Geac, Yahoo, and others. He holds an MBA from the Mason School of Business at William & Mary.
