Nicola Ibba is an IT professional with a diverse cultural background. With a major in Philosophy and a master's degree in Business Organization and Information Technology, he started his career in non-profit management, specializing in fundraising and business improvement.
Before moving to the United States, Nicola worked over 5 years as a management consultant in Italy, where he has contributed to the quality assessment of many hospital organizations in the country and thought process improvement classes to nurses and physicians.
In 2020, Nicola graduated from William & Mary with a master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in healthcare and data analytics. Since his graduation, he has worked in several business and research projects, employing different programming languages and development frameworks.
Nicola Ibba is currently Director of Information Systems and Process Improvement at Lackey Clinic, a free and charitable community healthcare center in Yorktown VA, where he has implemented a new data warehouse and a browser-based CRM and reporting system.
