Dr. Katie Lopresti is a Clinical Professor of Finance and Economics at the Raymond A. Mason School of Business. She has a B.S. in Economics and B.A. in Business from University of Puget Sound and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Economics from Purdue University.
Prior to accepting her current position she was a lecturer of Economics at William & Mary, in the fields of Microeconomics and Statistics. Dr. Lopresti’s research interests are in the field of Labor Economics. Recently, her research focus is on the effect of participation in high school athletics on academic outcomes.
