Suellen Torregrosa recently retired from Watts Water Technologies (WTS), where she was president of the Americas and responsible for $1B in annual sales. Prior to joining Watts, Suellen spent 22 years at various companies within United Technologies Corporation (UTX). During her time at UTC, Ms. Torregrosa served as President of Milton Roy Company. Milton Roy Company is a global manufacturer of controlled volume (metering) pumps and related equipment. Ms. Torregrosa was appointed President of Milton Roy Company when it was owned by United Technologies Corporation and continued to serve as President through its sale to a private equity group. Ms. Torregrosa was very involved in the sale process – writing the materials used to attract buyers, management meetings with prospective buyers, and negotiations of the deal fine points. Prior to Milton Roy, Ms. Torregrosa worked as General Manager, Dynamic Controls of Hamilton Sundstrand Company, an aerospace component manufacturer, and in several management roles of progressive responsibility for Falk Corporation, a gearbox manufacturer. She holds a B.S. in Finance and M.S. in Management Science from Virginia Tech.
Ms. Torregrosa enjoys giving back to the community through her work as a board member with the United Way of Bucks County, PA, mentoring of people she has worked with over the years, speaking at Drexel University on a panel of women in business, and participating in a public radio show speaking about how different careers are created.
