Ed  Odachowski


As Senior Vice President, Sales Effectiveness, at Lee Hecht Harrison, Odachowski brings more than 40 years of experience managing and leading high performance teams. He has worked with companies in a variety of industries in the areas of sales effectiveness, leadership development, and marketing strategy. His experience has included extensive work with companies and individuals in transition. Odachowski's expertise is in improving both organizational as well as individual productivity. Prior to joining Lee Hecht Harrison, he was a partner with Siebel Systems in their Sales Methodology Experts division. He was also a Senior Vice President at MOHR Development and AchieveGlobal, where he led their national sales organizations. He spent 12 years on active duty in the U.S. Navy Supply Corps and completed over 21 years of total service, attaining the rank of Captain in the Naval Reserves.
