Nancy  Turner


Nancy’s career started at Chevron Corporation/Gulf Oil Corporation where she managed a team of land professionals responsible for oil and gas land activities along the Gulf Coast with a lease acquisition budget exceeding $50 million annually.  Member of the corporate merger team responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing the merger of Chevron Corporation and Gulf Oil Corporation upstream organizations. 

As a Manager in the Global Energy Practice of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Nancy worked both as a project manager and subject matter expert to global energy clients re-engineering business processes, organization design, change management and implementing enabling technology.  She was a member of PwC’s Global Core Competency Group with responsibility for teaching PwC’s whole systems project methodology to client project teams and PwC consultants and partners throughout Asia, Europe, the Former Soviet Union and North America.

As a Senior Organization Development Consultant in Royal Dutch Shell’s Global Consulting Practice, Nancy worked as an organization development consultant and coach to senior executives and their teams to design and implement strategic change initiatives and large-scale transformational change in Asia, Europe, North America and the Middle East.

Nancy currently consults with leaders and teams to design and implement organization effectiveness and change initiatives focused on improving operational effectiveness and leadership capacity.

Nancy received her BBA in Energy Management from The University of Oklahoma, Norman, OK and MS in Organization Development from American University, Washington, DC.
